22 Jul Dear Risk Media Solutions
I was talking to one of our oldest clients the other day about the newsletters we’ve been producing for them for more than a decade. It’s a monthly newsletter that we print and mail for them to their clients.
I want to share with you the note that this Northern California insurance brokerage received from one of their clients:
“Virginia;
I just wanted to say “thank you” for the newsletters you send out. I read them usually from cover to cover. They have enlightened me to so many new laws and regulations that I wouldn’t have been aware of otherwise.
Please let whoever is responsible for the newsletters know that they are so valuable and please don’t stop sending them!
Jeri”
I have to say, this really warms my heart. Besides trying to help insurance agencies stay in touch with their clients, one of the underlying reasons why I started Risk Media Solutions was to ensure that the risk management gospel is spread to the small and mid-sized companies out there that can’t afford to employ a full-time risk management specialists.
We help insurance agencies keep their clients informed of new regulations and laws that affect how they run their business. For commercial lines clients we pay special attention to workplace safety to help them reduce the chances of injuries among their clients’ employees. For agencies that sell life insurance, annuities and estate planning, we keep on up on the latest laws governing financial planning for the family.
Think of it this way: if you are sending our newsletters to your clients, you are helping them save lives and money and help them avoid mistakes that could cost them the very existence of their business.
Here’s how our client finished off the e-mail to us:
“Nils,
I thought I would share some feedback with you regarding our monthly newsletter, see below.
Comments like these more than pay for the cost of the monthly newsletter. This is a customer for life and I’m sure she will share with her friends and we will get a referral from it, thank you!
Regards,
Chris”
THAT is why I am in this business.
